Functional Accuracy in 1:38 Scale
A premium municipal vehicle model developed to communicate the structure, working systems and visual identity of the full-size road sweeper.
The 1:38 Zoomlion ZBH5250TXSD Road Sweeper Truck Model was developed as a highly detailed OEM display piece rather than a simple static replica. The project required careful control of the cab proportions, service compartments, rear hopper, sweeping system, chassis components and branded exterior graphics.
Multiple moving mechanisms were integrated without changing the recognisable appearance of the original vehicle. Opening panels, the tilting cab, rotating brushes and linked wheel systems give the model practical demonstration value while preserving clean panel alignment and realistic scale proportions.
As a custom road sweeper scale model, it can support product launches, distributor displays, corporate gifts, exhibitions and licensed promotional programs. The project also demonstrates the development and production capability expected from an experienced OEM die-cast scale model manufacturer.
What This Project Demonstrates
Explore the Model from Every Angle
The gallery presents the exterior form, roof structure, rear equipment, chassis and front styling of this detailed Zoomlion road sweeper replica.
Eight Working Features
The movable components help customers demonstrate key structures of the real road sweeper while retaining stable fit and realistic appearance.
Linked Front Steering
The front wheels turn together with the steering wheel.
Linked Rear Drivetrain
The rear wheels operate with the rotating drive-shaft structure.
Tilting Cab
The complete cab tilts forward using a compact hinge mechanism.
Opening Cab Doors
Both left and right cab doors open to reveal the interior.
Tilting Rear Hopper
The waste container tilts backward to reproduce an operating movement.
Opening Rear Tailgate
The rear tailgate opens and closes with the surrounding details retained.
Opening Service Doors
The side service panels open to display internal equipment.
Rotating Sweeping Brush
The side brush rotates freely and preserves the layered brush structure.
Engineered for Precision
The project moved from original vehicle information and material planning through precision tooling, metal sample approval and production engineering.
Quality Visible in Every Detail
Carefully controlled printed graphics, tyres, glazing, panel alignment and surface textures give this high-detail road sweeper model convincing presentation quality.
Printed Graphics
Branding, vehicle text, safety stripes and small markings are positioned for a clean, authentic appearance.
Tyres and Wheel Rims
Rubber tyres feature visible tread patterns and realistic commercial vehicle wheel rims.
Windscreen and Mirrors
The front glazing, wipers and mirror assemblies create a well-defined cab profile.
Cab and Door Fit
Door gaps, hinges and surrounding panels are controlled for smooth movement and balanced alignment.
Surface Textures
Subtle moulded textures and panel lines distinguish the vehicle’s different surfaces.
Mechanical Components
Brush mounts, pipes, linkages and chassis equipment add depth beneath the main body.
Compact Size. Impressive Detail.
Measuring 283 × 78 × 88 mm and weighing 1.2 kg, the finished model has enough physical presence for dealer showrooms, trade shows and corporate displays.
From Vehicle Data to Finished Production
A structured development workflow converts real vehicle information into a practical, manufacturable and repeatable custom die-cast model.
3D Data and Prototype
Original vehicle 3D data is scaled and adjusted for production. A prototype is prepared for customer review before tooling begins.
Tooling and Metal Sample
Production moulds are manufactured using CNC machining and precision engraving. The metal sample closely represents final production quality.
Production, QC and Delivery
Mass production includes die-casting, injection moulding, painting, printing, assembly, testing, inspection, packaging and shipment.
Built for Volume. Delivered with Confidence.
Repeatable processes and staged inspection help maintain consistent appearance, function and assembly quality across an OEM production order.
Production Quality Control
Inspection is built into each production stage. Components, painted surfaces, printed graphics, moving parts and packaging are checked against the approved standard.
Component Inspection
Die-cast and plastic parts are checked for visible defects, fit and deformation.
Paint and Printing Control
Colours, gloss, printed graphics and logo placement are compared with the approved sample.
Function and Appearance Testing
Opening panels, moving parts, brush rotation and overall alignment are inspected.
Final Packaging
Each model is cleaned, protected and packed according to the approved packaging specification.
More Than a Collectible Display Model
A custom municipal vehicle scale model makes a technical product easier to present, explain and remember.
Dealer Showrooms
Give distributors and sales teams a compact representation of the real vehicle.
Trade Shows
Communicate equipment structure where a full-size vehicle cannot be displayed.
Product Launches
Support announcements with a branded replica for presentations and launch displays.
Corporate Gifts
Create a premium gift for key customers, dealers and project stakeholders.
OEM Promotions
Develop a coordinated model program for sales campaigns and brand promotion.
Museums and Displays
Document vehicle development and brand history through durable display models.
